Household services are billed a flat rate according to the services requested. The square footage of area to be cleaned & the  presence of pets or pests & the degree of soil in the area are also considered in our pricing.  If a cleaning job requires extra time (over 5 hours), services will then be billed hourly for anything over the 5 hours.    Please inform us if you or anyone in your household have allergies to any cleaning products or essential oils.  We also offer green cleaning services. ***We don't normally wash dishes or make beds or move furniture.  Please let us know if these are services you require when booking your appointment.
